Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind? You can cancel easily before dispatch.

1. 01Before dispatch

   Cancel free of charge by emailing care@hwfurniture.in with your order number before the order is dispatched.

2. 02After dispatch

   Once the box is out for delivery, you can refuse it at the door, or follow our Returns & Refunds Policy after delivery.

3. 03Cancellation by us

   We may cancel orders that can't be delivered to your PIN code, products that are out of stock, or orders with clearly incorrect pricing. Any amount paid will be refunded in full.
