Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase from H&W Furniture, a brand of H&W furnispace Private Limited ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. 01Who we are

   H&W Furniture is operated by H&W furnispace Private Limited, a company incorporated in India with its office in Hyderabad, Telangana. Our GSTIN will be published here once issued.

2. 02Eligibility

   You must be 18 or older, or ordering with a parent's or guardian's consent, and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law.

3. 03Products and prices

   We describe our products as accurately as we can. Finishes may vary slightly because of real wood veneer and screen settings. Prices are in Indian Rupees. Where a price is shown excluding tax, GST is added at checkout before you confirm.

4. 04Orders

   An order is an offer to buy. We confirm it after checking stock and that your address is in our delivery area. We may cancel an order with a full refund of anything paid if a product is unavailable, the price was clearly wrong, or we suspect misuse.

5. 05Delivery area

   We currently deliver only within Hyderabad and Secunderabad. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

6. 06Assembly

   Our products are do-it-yourself. Follow the included guide and always fit the wall anchor kit on tall pieces. We are not liable for damage or injury caused by incorrect assembly, misuse, or not anchoring the product.

7. 07Intellectual property

   All content on this site, including the H&W name, logo, photos and text, belongs to H&W furnispace Private Limited. Don't reuse it without written permission.

8. 08Limitation of liability

   To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

9. 09Governing law

   These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.

10. 10Changes

    We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
