Warranty Policy

We stand behind what we make.

1. 01What's covered

   Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the warranty period shown on each product page (3 years for the Pustak Rack), from the date of delivery.

2. 02What's not covered

   Normal wear, scratches, water or termite damage, sunlight fading, damage from incorrect assembly, overloading, or not fitting the wall anchor, and products used commercially.

3. 03How to claim

   Email care@hwfurniture.in with your order number and photos. We'll repair, send a replacement part, or replace the product.
