Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love what you build. If something isn't right, here's how we fix it.

1. 0110-day returns

   You can return a product within 10 days of delivery if it is unbuilt and in its original packaging, or if it arrived damaged or faulty.

2. 02Missing or damaged parts

   Email care@hwfurniture.in with your order number and a photo. In Hyderabad we send replacement parts free within 2 working days, so you usually don't need to return the whole product.

3. 03Non-returnable

   Products that have been built and used, damaged by incorrect assembly or misuse, or modified, can't be returned unless they are faulty.

4. 04Pickup

   We arrange the pickup from your address in Hyderabad at no cost.

5. 05Refunds

   After the pickup is checked, refunds are made within 7 working days. Cash on delivery and UPI on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or UPI to an account you share with us. Online payments will be refunded to the original payment method.
